The baby is only 10cm at 16 weeks. I wonder if they’re using 16 weeks from conception, which is the 18th week of pregnancy.

I work at philips ultrasound that is the depth the ultrasound waves are going into your womb not the size of you baby.

im a bit confused a had my 1st ultrasound 6days ago and they estimated i was 12w+6d so im now 13w+5d but the measurement on the top of my us pic says 15.2cm which is 6.8inches thats huge that cnt b right.. does anybody know what the measurement is at the top of an ultrasound pic is?.. bcos she measured from the head 2 the bum i know babys r all diff sizes n stuff but i didnt think it would b that big, i might have 2 ask when i next go back.

im 16 weeks and feel the baby’s first moves today. so excited
